Usage	Cetrorelix acetate is a synthetic decapeptide, which is mainly used in assisted reproductive technology to prevent premature ovulation in patients with controlled ovarian stimulation. Cetrorelix acetate is also often called cetrorelix. It is a gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist, which can competitively bind to receptors on the pituitary cellmembrane with endogenous LHRH, thereby inhibiting the pituitary gland from secreting them.
